How much sugar do they have? About 2g of added sugar per date, plus the natural sugar of the whole Medjool date. The espresso filling adds none.

Do Coffee Dates contain caffeine? Yes. The filling contains organic espresso and the coating contains chocolate. A verified caffeine amount is not published, so we cannot compare a pouch with a cup of coffee.

How long does a 4-pack last? About two weeks for someone reaching for one a few afternoons a week.

How is this different from Hot Dates? Same whole date and same 75% dark chocolate. Coffee Dates are filled with espresso sunflower butter. Hot Dates are spiced with a warm chili and cinnamon heat.
