How much sugar do they have? About 3g of added sugar per date, plus the natural sugar of the whole Medjool date. The espresso filling adds none.

Is this a good size for an office? It is the one offices reorder. Individually sealed pouches survive a shared kitchen better than anything in an open box, and the espresso filling covers the 3pm dip.

How does the price per pouch compare? The spiced and coffee 4-, 8- and 12-packs each cost $9 per pouch at current prices: $36, $72 and $108 respectively. Choose the quantity that fits your household or office.

Do Coffee Dates contain caffeine? Yes. The filling contains organic espresso and the coating contains chocolate. A verified caffeine amount is not published, so we cannot compare a pouch with a cup of coffee.
