Your order arrived melted, squished, or wrong

Email us and we will make it right. Chocolate and summer are old enemies, and we would rather replace a damaged pouch than argue with you about it. Tell us your order number and what went wrong. Photos help.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or a refund. Email first. If we accept the return, we send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it. Packages mailed back without requesting a return first may not be accepted. The full terms are on our refund policy.

Allergens and ingredients

Our dates are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, non-GMO and kosher, with about 2g of added sugar. They do contain soy from the dark chocolate, and our kitchen handles nuts, so we clean thoroughly between batches. If you are allergic, read the details on our ingredients and nutrition page, and email us before you order if anything is unclear.
