Your order arrived melted, squished, or wrong

Email us and we will make it right. Chocolate and summer are old enemies, and we would rather replace a damaged pouch than argue with you about it. Tell us your order number and what went wrong. Photos help.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or a refund. Email first. If we accept the return, we send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it. Packages mailed back without requesting a return first may not be accepted. The full terms are on our refund policy.

Allergens and ingredients

Made with sunflower butter, never nut butter. Our kitchen handles peanuts and tree nuts, and our chocolate line contacts them. Cross-contact is possible. We do not claim allergy-safe or school-safe status. Each 90g pouch holds three whole stuffed dates and contains 6g fiber. Added sugar is about 2g per date, or about 6g per pouch. Added sugar is only part of total sugar; dates contain naturally occurring sugar.
