The filling is sunflower butter, not nut butter, so the recipe is nut-free. Every pouch is three whole stuffed dates with about 2g of added sugar. The rest of the sweetness is the date doing its job, backed by fiber and over 18 bioactive compounds. Vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, non-GMO, and kosher. Handmade in Rhode Island in small batches.
